I am a McCarthy Homes 'Red Pen' Home Owner and have found McCarthy’s to be very flexible when it comes to changing their standard plans.

I have built fourteen houses with McCarthy Homes and all have been redesigned by myself and McCarthy’s to suit my exact needs.

Over the past few years I have been really busy with my McCarthy’s ‘Red Pen’ in altering , enlarging, moving and re designing.

Just this month I have moved the Alfresco and family rooms to the side of the house, the rumpus / theatre the rear, enlarged the front portico x 2, changed the gables to overhang and included a triple garage.

My advice to anyone .... would be to pick up a 'Red Pen' - it’s great fun and very rewarding.
